Deer Resistant Plants & Getting Rid of Ticks

As wonderful as it may be to have deer in your back yard, they can also be damaging to your landscaping and your health. Deer can wreak havoc on your plants and shrubbery and, unfortunately, are also carriers of ticks, which can pass very debilitating diseases on to you and your family.

There are a variety of chemical and natural repellents available to keep deer at bay, but they do not always work as well as we would like. One way to rid yourself of deer further (and subsequently much of your tick population) is to use plants that are not attractive to deer. The less deer you have, the less ticks and plant damage you will have.
