On the advice of a friend I called Richard at Arbor Barber to deal with a large branch that had fallen on my roof in a storm, and was threatening the house air conditioner compressor. In less than two hours he came to inspect the situation and give his recommendations. By that evening he provided a fixed price proposal to clear the problem, as well as to cut down several trees which I thought were at risk of damaging the house in some future storm.
By the end of the next day the project had been completed in a professional manner with a first class clean-up job. In fact he removed some additional debris which was not part of his proposal at no extra cost. I have no basis for evaluating his price, but it seemed reasonable to me.
It is my judgment that Arbor Barber responded quickly and did a great job in a short time at a reasonable price.
